Easy to Search for a Campsite

Your booking platform will allow RVers to search your entire campground by choosing full, long term or standard hookups with a few clicks. Some RVers would like to see your campsite map and click on a specific campsite they would want to check for availability.

You will find that RVers would like to be close to the bathrooms, avoid playgrounds or want to camp away from a lake. They might prefer a pull thru or back in site? Your campground map will make it easy for them to search for that specific camping spot.

Campers Pay Online

Save time and make the booking process easier for your staff. When a camper arrives, your staff will have easy access to the booking system to confirm the booking and let the camper move in. All the information you need from the camper is already filled out and saved on your booking platform. Customers pay with a PayPal account or credit card (Included). Authorize.net is also available at a one time developer installation fee of $69.

Studies show that 83% of consumers now prefer to pay online for products or services. For RVers, it is now convenient to book and pay for campsites online. It's not just much easier but less wasting time at the office booking in.

Long term guests can pay a non-refundable deposit online or choose to pay the entire amount

Live Chat Feature

A whopping 78% of consumers prefer to contact a company via live chat a new study found. Make use of this great feature on your booking site! Have several staff members answer questions on their own mobile devices. How many times does someone call your office just to find the phone is busy? Not with the live chat feature. Multiple staff members can now answer a live chat call at the same time if needed! 

If a potential camper calls to book a site, a staff member can use the live chat to send the link to your booking site with one click. Any staff member can answer a live chat call from anywhere in the campground while doing their chores you need them to do. You can assign a particular question to a certain staff member

Hosting & Maintenance

We host your booking system on our myRVbuddy server. We are responsible for updates and maintenance of your booking platform.

All you need to do is, is add a link to your booking site on your official campground website. If you do not have a website yet, feel free to CONTACT US

Staff Admin Panel & Support

You and your staff will have access to your own admin panel , within the booking system, where you can monitor payments, arrivals and checkouts. Information about the campers is available at your finger tips.

Their personal info, address, make and models of their RVs and much more.

We provide you support and training via the Zoom application or email to make sure you and your staff will be comfortable using your booking features to save you time and money.

Discount Rates

The booking system allows you to create discount rates on campsites especially in the off season or slow times of the year. Do not leave spaces open if you can rent them at a discount price. You can also offer a special coupon!

You can also have a senior discount or add additional charges for extra people per campsite. 

SMS & Email Notifications

Your system will send out text and email notifications to your campers. Just a friendly reminder of their camping dates and also ask them to leave feedback after their stay. (Optional)
You can also send a private message via email or SMS to a single camper.

Send unlimited notifications to campers, staff, maintenance crew and especially long term campers via email  individually

Rental Bookings

Guests can now also book and pay for rentals, online, after they arrived at the campground.

Entertainment, like live music, can be booked separately if you only have a certain amount of seats available or golf carts if you only have 20 golf carts for rent. Customer will receive a receipt via email as proof of payment

The rentals can be booked and paid for online or at the office.  

Long Term Camping Sites

Add long term sites to your booking system with it's own rates. Allow campers to book these sites online, pay in full or a deposit.

If you provide a service e.g electricity to each of these sites, you can send an email invoice for the electricity used and the customers can pay their electric bill online. Send monthly statements to long term campers with one click after payments have been received

Add Documents

If you would like to have a customer's drivers license on file, you can take a snapshot with your computer's camera and save it within the camper's booking information. You can also scan documents and upload it directly into your system for future reference.

Booking Statistics

Now it is also easy to check your booking and sales statistics by month or annual, per campsite or all campsites.
