How do I contact management?

Can I receive mail at the park?

Unfortunately, we do not have a mail service at the park. We recommend you to get a PO Box at the Waskom Post Office. CLICK HERE to get the directions

UPS and FedEx can deliver packages at your site. Remember to add your site # for delivery

Do you offer WiFi at the park?

Yes, we have WiFi throughout the park. We also do have a strong signal from the major carriers in the area. 

How do I book a time slot in the laundromat?

To make it easier for our campers to get time to do their laundry, we created a "LAUNDROMAT BOOKING" on the front page of the app. Choose a "Service" > Laundromat > Choose a date > Choose a 2 hour slot > fill out the form and you're done!

You are the only one who will have access to the laundromat for the date and time you've chosen to do your laundry

We may experience power outages. Please fill your freshwater tank. Stock up on gas if you have a generator and make sure you have extra propane.

Due to the winter storm this past weekend, the trash company encountered operational challenges and was unable to conduct the scheduled weekly trash pickup. The company is currently working diligently to address the backlog and hopes to empty the dumpster by Monday, 2nd February. We understand that this delay may create inconvenience for residents and sincerely apologize for the disruption to your routine. Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to restore regular service at the earliest possible time.
