TRAVELERS LANE RV PARK LLC Liability Waiver
In consideration for myself, and all persons being permitted to camp and stay , wither in Tent or RV. I and all persons with me, agree to the following Waiver and Release:

I hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, Travelers Lane RV Park LLC" including all officers , of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, camping, walking, or staying at the RV Park. I, hereby acknowledge that Travelers Lane RV Park LLC is not responsible for any theft, loss or damage incurred during my stay. My signature below confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at Travelers Lane RV Park LLC. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies read when making the reservation. 

I , also understand the "no pay, no stay" rule, mainly for longer termed campers, that if payment is not paid, the date it is due, Campers/RVs, Cars, will be towed off of property, at vehicle owners expense. 

All pets must be kept on a chain at all times, no exceptions. No aggressive pets allowed.

IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, notify 911 immediately and my party agree, and by making this reservation, confirm that, I / We understand all of the above and hold Travelers Lane RV Park LLC, harmless for any danger, harm, theft, or damage to person or property. 

RULES
1. This is an RV park for temporary use only. Reservation limit is 1 months at a time, but may be extended by contacting us before time is up and renting in advance. No group activities or assemblies will be held in RV Park

2. Children are welcome at our RV Park. We ask that you please be responsible for your children and ensure that they are always under supervision. Land owners are not responsible for any danger or harm that may come to you or guest.

3. Park your vehicle by your RV. There are to be no more than one vehicles per RV.4. Use of Park water to wash vehicles is prohibited.

5. Water, and Electric hook-ups are available at each site, and Dump Station in the park6. All trash is to be placed in closed trash bags and then placed in the provided dumpster . DO NOT leave trash outside of the RV.

7. The land owners reserves the right to terminate this agreement at their discretion, if rules are broken

8. All monthly payments are to be made by the 1st , of month or in advance, and all nightly, and weekly are to be paid in advance.

9. No pay, no stay, no exceptions, Campers, RVs, Vehicles will be towed at Vehicle owners expense

10. No aggressive dog breeds allowed, all other dogs must be kept on a lease. Owner of pets are responsible for their safety and others safety
