Is there a discount on multiple plans?
- Yes, we do! Contact us by submitting a Support Ticket and we will provide you with a discount coupon. You need to sign up for a FREE membership plan to submit a ticket.
Can I host my website elsewhere?
- Yes, you can host your website wherever you want, although we do not offer maintenance or updates if your website is hosted elsewhere.
Do you offer a refund on any plans?
- Yes, we certainly do give refunds on the website and park app membership plans if we haven't started with any design yet.
- Unfortunately, we can't offer a refund when your website or park app design has been completed.
- You do get a FREE 30 day "trial" on any of the other monthly plans. You can cancel at anytime by logging into your account and cancel the plan
Can I update my site and app?
- Currently, only we can update your website and app with new content. Feel free to submit a ticket with the changes you would like to make.
- In the near future you will be able to change the content of the website yourself.
How do I join?
- Go to Menu > Join Us > Chose a membership plan(s) > Checkout > Fill out the form and you're done!
Do I send out the notifications?
- No, after you have submitted a support ticket and send us the description of your notification, we will forward the message to all your app subscribers within a few minutes.
