What Our Laundromat Waiver Covers
When you sign, digitally agree, or utilize our laundromat, you are confirming your understanding of the following key points:
1. Assumption of Risk
By using the machines, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of the equipment, including the risk of property damage (to your clothes) and personal injury (like slips and falls).
2. Condition of Equipment
You agree to inspect the machine before use. If you notice a machine is broken, leaking, or damaged, you agree not to use it and to report it to the Manager or Park Owner right away. Using known faulty equipment is solely the user's responsibility.
3. Personal Property Protection
The park or campground's laundromat your using via this app is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended in the laundromat or damaged during the washing/drying cycles (including, but not limited to, shrinkage, discoloration, or tears).
Please do not leave valuable items unattended.
4. Indemnification
This is the big legal term that means that if you cause damage to the laundromat's property (e.g., you break a washer by forcing it open), you agree to cover the costs to repair or replace it.
